Our services are for personal and non-commercial use only. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, deepink, use, display, copy, download, reproduce, etc the content, information, software, products or services available on our website for commercial or competitive activities.
Best available rate
We take care to offer you the best available rate, associated advantages and personalized information to guarantee the success of your reservation with correct information.
Obvious mistakes (typos included) are not binding.

The original Spanish version of these terms and conditions has been translated into other languages The translated version is a courtesy translation unofficial and therefore can not be extracted rights of translation. In case of dispute over the content or interpretation of the terms and conditions and in the event of conflicts, contradictions or discrepancies between the version in Spanish and other language versions, the Spanish version of these terms prevails and it is conclusive insofar as permitted by law.

Web purchase Terms
Our General Contracting Terms and Conditions regulate the distance sale relationship between Agroemarketing and the User or client, according to the legal stipulations
However, Agroemarketing reserves the right to apply, in some cases, Specific Terms and Conditions preferred over the present General Conditions, by posting them in appropriate time and manner.
Information before booking
The procedure to book through this website ais detailed in the booking formalisation corresponding section.
In the same way, the User declares to be of legal age and to have the necessary full legal capacity to act in order to access the websites and to contract via these websites.
The User is responsible of the confidentiality of the identity and password obtained when registering as a client, and is not allowed to transfer them to another person. Once the booking is completed, the User will be able to see the confirmation displayed on the screen that can be printed as a voucher of the confirmed booking. The booking confirmation and the booking voucher (printed by the User) are not valid as an invoice.
Additional services conditions
The client must always inform about the total number of guests (and children ages) that will stay in the property. The property maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of persons stated in the booking confirmation. Increasing the number of occupants without prior authorisation may result in the cancellation of the contract or increasing the price and does not entitle any claim or refund of the amount of the rent. Any incident affecting the habitability of the property must be immediately communicated once detected. Incident complaints not notified during the stay will not be accepted.
The accommodation will be handed over clean and provided with bed linen and towels.
Additional clean linen can be an additional service or included depending on the accommodation chosen. Aditional contrated services will be detailed on the reservation.
Unless otherwise indicated, the check-in time will be 4 p.m. and the check-out will be 10 a.m. The client, prior enquiry and written authorisation, will be able to check in or out at a different time.
Whatever the reason, if the entry by the client is not made before 23:59 and has not been communicated in advance to Agroemarketing, the reservation will be considered as a “no show” so it will be canceled with 100% of expenses.
Late check in after midnight, which has not been communicated in advance may implie an extra cost of FIFTY EUROS (50 €). This amount will be paid by the client at the check-in time.
In compliance with the current legislation we offer you information about all the possible bookings, their characteristics and prices in the booking formalisation corresponding section. Nevertheless, Agroemarketing reserves the right to remove, replace or change the offers given to its clients via its website by simply changing them on the website.
Each possible offered booking will display its price and if VAT or any other applicable tax, where appropriate, are included. The prices displayed on the screen at any time will be the valid ones unless in the event of a typographical error. Whenever the price is different in the view of the above, Agroemarketing will inform the client via email before charging the amount of the booking.
In this way, the reservations offered at any time by the website will be governed by the General Conditions attached to each booking and may change without prior notice.
Likewise, the company will have the rigth to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned reservations, either due to lack of availability or other characteristics.
If the client decides to leave the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
1- Discounts in affiliated establishments
The process to obtain exclusive discounts when visiting local affiliated businesses is as follows:
- The User must make an accommodation reservation on the web www.agroemarketing.com
- The User must fill in the form that will be sent for this purpose
- After filling in the form, the User will receive a code or similar to be saved in your mobile device (no connection or downloading any App is required). When visiting the affiliated establishment this code must be shown, to automatically receive the current advantage.
- The User can clearly identify the collaborating establishments by means of a visible Agroemarketing/Balearicstay sticker
2- Advantageous prices
In the case of advantageous prices (when there is a link on the website of www.agroemarketing.com / www.balearicstay.com to book these services), it will be essential that the reservation is made using this link so that the affiliated shop can trace its origin and apply the advantage. It is convenient that, in addition, do not forget to mention that it is agroemarketing.com who has put you in contact with the associated establishment to minimize errors. Reservation process and contact information
For the confirmation of the reservation, the User must provide Agroemarking.com their personal data (full name and surname, as they appear on their passport), the email (the User must indicate a valid email address to which he/she has accessto, because any modification, cancellation, etc. on the reservation will be sent to that address) and the telephone number.
It is very important to write the names and surnames as they appear on the passport.
It will also be the responsibility of the User to guarantee that they can receive our messages. Agroemarketing.com will not be held responsible if the User does not receive a notification due to reasonable circumstances beyond their control, which include, without limitation, the following: (i) they have provided us with an incorrect email address; (ii) their email settings do not allow our email to reach ; or (iii) their email settings treat our message as spam.
Each possible offered booking will display its price and if VAT is included. The prices displayed on the screen at any time will be the valid ones unless in the event of a typographical error. Whenever the price is different in the view of the above, Agroemarketing will inform the client via email before charging the amount of the booking. We offer you the best available price for your stay in one accommodation. If after booking with us, you find your accommodation in the Internet with the same booking conditions but at a lower price, we will match the price according to the terms and conditions on the guaranteed minimum Price. All the special offers and promotions are marked as such.
Currently, there is a Tourist Tax (before called Ecotax) which must be paid by all tourists over 16 who visit Mallorca. The cost of this is € 2.20 from 01. May until 31. October, and € 0.55 from 01. November until 30. April (VAT included).
We offer you the possibility to pay the booking (in whole or in part, depending on the payment conditions) via a secure online payment system (as long as your bank offers and supports it). The payment is processed securely and directly from you debit / credit card by using a third-party payment processor. You will receive a form for you to fulfill, and you will have to pay the 25% of the total rental amount as the deposit. The booking will be confirmed once the form is received together with the first payment. The second and final payment must be done at least 35 days in advance of the check-in day, and the amount to pay will be the remaining 75% of the total amount.
For non-refundable bookings, you will have to pay 100% of the booking in advance.
These cancellation conditions apply only to reservations made directly through this channel. In the case of reservations made through a different channel, the channel-specific policies will apply. Not complying with this condition could result in a cancellation of your reservation and, consequently, the loss of your down payment. In order to avoid any incident and guarantee the booking you must send a copy of the bank receipt to our email address. Once we receive your final payment, the booking will be confirmed.
For bookings made less than 35 days before arrival, the total rental amount will be due at the moment of booking and can only be paid by credit card.
The booking will be confirmed once the form is received together with the total amount.
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card: All operations implying a transmission of personal or bank data will be made in a secure environment, a server based on SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) standard security technology. All of the information is sent in encrypted form for transmission over the Internet. Likewise, your credit card data are directly introduced in the bank website, in the bank POS (point of sale) and are not introduced or registered in any server belonging to us. When paying with a VISA or a MASTERCARD card you will always be asked for the following data: card number, expiration date and Security validation code wich coincides with the last 3 figures in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, and in such a way offering more security guarantees of the transaction. This payment method is only valid in the website.
If a purchase would have been indeed carried out by the card holder and there is a refund demand, the holder would have wrongfully demanded the annulation of the corresponding payment and the holder shall be bound for the repayment of all damages caused as a consequence of such annulation.
When selecting bank transfer as payment method you will receive bank details via E- mail. It is very important that when you make the transfer you indicate the reference number as well as your name and surname in the concept. The transfer must be made within the first 24 hours in order to be able to validate it. If you wish, you can send us the copy of the bank transfer via E-mail to the following address: email@example.com. However, the validation of the service will not be effective untill our Administration department has the bank confirmation of the transfer. We remind you that the payment must be made in EUROS and that you will have to pay for all possible currency exchange and bank commissions. In the case of bank transfers made from outside Spain, it is very important that when ordering the transfer you always inform your bank to take charge of the commissions at origin, those bank commissions and expenses corresponding to your banking company. If not, we could bring the service contracted to a standstill by not receiving the full amount thereof. The client has to pay all possible currency exchange and bank commissions.
PayPal allows to send payments via Internet in a secure and comfortable way. The PayPal net is built on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards in order to create a global, real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service ideally suited for those who are currently not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms. More information in PayPal: http://www.paypal.com
If there are reasons for us to suspect that fraud is being committed, Agroemarketing reserves the right to refuse the processing of such payment. In case of suspicion of crime, the legitimation of the payment may be required. All types of payment fraud will be reported.
If the contracted accommodation stipulates a deposit, the client must pay this amount before handing over the keys as a deposit as a guarantee of damages that may be caused. At the end of the stay, after an inspection fo the house condition and verifying that it is returned in the same condition you received it at the beginning, the deposit will be returned within 2 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 103 of Law 2/2014 of March 27th, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, any services we offer (bookings) are not eligible for withdrawal. In this sense, we inform that reservations are not eligible for withdrawal.
Conclusion of the Contract
The information provided on the website does not constitute an offer, but an invitation to make a reservation. By clicking on “Book” it is considered that the User has placed an order, accepts these Conditions and is obliged to pay the corresponding amount. Agroemarketing. will confirm on the screen and by sending an email to the User the contracting made and its conditions (check your “spam” or similar folders to make sure you have received it). You will be informed in the same way, in case the hiring cannot be confirmed or the reservation cannot be made for any reason. The contract will only be considered concluded when we send you that confirmation.
If the contract is not concluded or the reservation is not finally made in accordance with the above and a charge has already been made to the User, the amount thereof will be fully refunded.
The vouchers or similar documents to enjoy the reserved service will be sent by email.
For group reservations, the accomodation reserves the right to confirm or reject seats. Once confirmed, they may have different specific payment conditions to be detailed by the establishment. In this case, the acceptance of your order is subject to the confirmation of the conditions by the corresponding Accomodation.
It is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the services offered on the sites are priced incorrectly. If the price of a service is higher than the price indicated on our site, we will inform you in order to adopt the relevant measures. If the price error is manifest, undoubted and could have been reasonably detected as an error, we will not be obliged to provide the service at the incorrect price, even if the reservation has been confirmed.
If the User wishes, they can purchase a Gift Certificate for another person, redeemable during the season.
In this case, it will be the recipient of the gift voucher who must check availability and current supplements for the desired date and accommodation.
By browsing, accessing and using this website, constitutes the person as a User. As a result of browsing Agroemarketing’s website, the said User accepts all the conditions of use established herein, notwithstanding the application of the corresponding obligatory regulations applicable in each case.
